Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50, calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days after your order has been processed.

Economy Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

Need your order sooner? Please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate expedited shipping requests. Additional charges may apply.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and level of customization.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been handed over to the carrier. While we work hard to ensure every order arrives on time, occasional delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

 

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Sunny & Utopia is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
